Hi.
I am having trouble using ecards in VAIO FUN. It keeps asking me to activate email, but when i click on the link given my internet page says it can't find it.
Can anybody help?

Hi 55frank and welcome.

Rather than clicking on the link, have you tried copying and pasting the url into your browser address window?

The url should be http://www.club-vaio.sony-europe.com/clubvaio/en/fun/ecards/activate.jsp?code= ( followed by a code).

Many thanks for your help. I pasted the address you sent together with the code i was given, but still can't get a page. Any ideas where i am going wrong?

I am not sure what the problem is! Try clicking on the url in my previous post – this should take you to the activation page with the following message:

“ACTIVATE

An error occured.”

If that works then compare this part of the address between what I have posted and the link that you have been provided with.

EDIT: You could also try turning off your firewall, momentarily, when you try to access the link.
