My VAIO freeze and do nothing VGN-NW21SF_T

Dear Partners,
Hello from Athens,Greece...


I have a problem with my Sony Vaio.

While used, whatever the use is (plugged ac/unplugged, using its screen or another, typing or not)

it stops, freezes and do nothing...
Then i have to turn it off from the power button and start windows  again.
The same happens after a while but not in a specific time gap...
I tried the full system recovery, but the same problem exists...

Please send me advice as long as my vaio is inside the guarentee time...

Bought in November 2009 (2 years guarantee)

It could be many things and Sony may have to look at the Vaio.

Contact the official Sony support by clicking on SUPPORT at the top of this page and go to 'Contact Sony Support'.
