Sonicstage being REALLY slow?

Just reinstalled 3.2 I believe, its taken 4 hours now to convert my music to atrac3 192.

What the hell?

I remember before it took little under half an hour to do this task, with MORE music.

This is pathetic, took 5 hours lastnight, tried again this morning *format of my vaio* and its taking over 10 hours for 10gig of music? What the hell is wrong?

In the settings in the transfer window (little grey & black tool box icon)

Check its set on this

Also for future reference, when ripping CD's use the Atrac lossless setting & transfer speeds to the device are much much faster.
