I assume that your notebook is no longer in warranty, but if so you should contact Sony support.
Otherwise, not North London, but these people will arrange to collect your notebook and provide the necessary packaging. Given that you have no idea as to the cause of the problem you will not be able to get an on-line quote but I believe the service they provide is good.
