i have had this laptop for about 1 month now and now the power button doesnt seem to work to turn the laptop on or to put it to sleep. when i press the buton the light turns on but nothing happens. when the laptop is on if i hold the power button down it turns the laptop off but i cannot use it for putting the laptop to sleep or to turn it on. can you help?

Something potentially went off piste... Did you try the Assist button to try to analyse the problem and repair the system (if required)?
