Sony Vaio VPCEH Laptop - Where is Windows Media Center?

Brand new Vaio VPCEH.

According to Microsoft;

"Windows Media Center is included in Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate editions."

The Vaio comes with Windows 7 Home Premium.

So where is Media Center?
