SVD1322Z9EB full user guide

Hi

machine comes with abridged user guide.

It says that if I simply close the user guide then full guide will download automatically. It doesn't.

It says that if it does not autodownload then it can be forced to download from Vaio Care.  I found Vaio Care but no option within it to download full guide.

Any ideas? Am I alone?
