Transfer files back to PC

Hi! Is there any way to bring back to the PC the audio files I've transfered with SonyStage to Vaio Pocket?
I want to use VP as backup disk, but...if I "copy-paste" my audio files I cannot hear them and If I transfer them...can't I recover them if I delete them from my PC?
