VaioCare crashes model SVE1511A1EB

Hi all, I'm at my wits end now, and have a very pretty, but next to useless and unusable laptop. 

Long story short, my Vaio care constantly crashes, it loads for long enough to click on it, then it crashes. It wont update. 

I've uninstalled all .net frame work, reinstalled it and the vaio care. I've formatted the laptop. I've lost count of how many usless emials I've had from sony that continually say 'oh uninstall, reinstall from this link and then update' that don't work.

Any one got any ideas?

Hi,

Get rid of this junk software, visit the Sony webpage for your model and manually install all the driver updates you need.

Uninstall Vaio Care and REBOOT.

Where can i download the updates, I cant find my model listed anymore?

Enter SVE1511A1E in the search - the B at the end is just the casing colour reference which was included in the old support site but has now been omitted.

The 'B' on the end is just the chassis colour (Black).
