I don't know why it is not starting up it may be because before i went on one of
those movie websites. But everytime I switch on my computer, it does not go on
my desktop homepage instead it comes up with something called startup restore.
So i wait for it restore but at the end it just says startup repair cannot
repair this computer automatically. So i just press don't send and i go on
advanced options for system recovery and I have tried going on all of them but
none of them have worked. It comes up with things like system recovery and
system image recovery image but I don't even know what these things are. I just
got the computer one month ago so can someone please tell me what I have to do
next to get my computer working again. I don't even care if your method makes me
delete all my data as I have nothing impportant. Please can someone tell me a
step by step method as im not good with computer language. Some people have told me to go on safe mode but even that doesn't work. Btw I have a Sony vaio series E laptop. Thanks in advance

Hi Oliver0123,
Try restoring your Vaio back to a date before the problem occurred using either Vaio Care or Windows Restore.
If that doesn’t work then consider a restore to factory settings – backup any personal data you require first.
