I have recently started using my laptop to make/receive telephone calls, and using WH-1000XM4 headphones for input and output, as is noted on the VoIP app I am using.
Initially, I have had no problems with the headphones, Recently, the issue I have been having is that although I can hear the caller, they cannot hear me. What I have noticed is that as soon as I speak, the noise cancelling comes into play, so I wondered if that was the issue, I therefore selected Ambient Sound, no change, and then Ambient Sound Control Off, again no change.
Any ideas?
