Hello,

since the last android 8 update almost every time I’m turning the tv on the android logo appears and starts its loading. I did many times hard reset, factory reset but it keeps doing the same. I called Sony service in Israel and they keep saying that it happens because of updating to the last version pkg6.6545.0255eua. They suggest to wait to the new update....To my opinion it doesn’t make any sense! Any thoughts?
