bulk licenses for a gamezone

If we wanted to open a bar which includes a gaming area with a screen and a console that a customer can rent and play for an hourly fee, do we need a license to provide Playstations 4 in the offer? If so, would it be possible to obtain a licence to use the games for commercial purposes? I know that VR platforms such as Ubisoft and Steam sell licenses for gaming zones so that they can exploit the VR games as part of a commercial activity. If it was possible to get a commercial license, what would be the price of the license and what type of contract would it involve?
