Google assistant just won't connect

 Google assistant is not connecting.it ends up with this error message and it's really frustrating. This is a brand new phone . 

Please assist me

Yes , it doesn't make any difference.

Are you using Windows or Microsoft on Android phone won't work Google Android and Microsoft will fight inside the system and it will not download or work properly so run one or the other can't read both of them together do the Google Android

It's an Android phone.
