NO Sound in Ear Speaker even after new update

my xperia Z1 Compact still with no ear speaker sound even after the so called kitkat stability firmware. Is this software or hardware?

What do you mean by no sound?The problem was that the sound was coming from ear speaker.

Hi alexdon, i am still having sound issue after 757 update, sound level is very low, i can only hear ringing if my phone is near me, and it doesn't matter if i play game, someone calling me or i play music through the walkman software, i tried X loud etc. but it doesn't do anything, please help me on my problem, i have alot of missed calls because of this. Awaiting your reply, thanks.

P.S. i made update through Sony PC companion software few days ago.

This is not good,757 was supposed to fix this problem.On my Z1,it is gone.Have you tried a software repair with SUS?
