phone frozen after updates

Hi, my phone did an update and has frozen. Can't turn off or do anything with it.

Hold volume up and power button until you feel 3 vibrations this will simulate a battery been removed

I pulled off the phone from the charger, and the screen remained totally blank whatever I did, but this trick woke it up.

My phone did the same thing too, after i updates some of the software, it was frozen, i already did these

Press and hold the power button + Volume Up button for

5 seconds > ( 1 Vibration ) Force restart

10 Seconds > ( 3 Vibrations ) Force shutdown

But after the phone restart, the main screen won't show, it was frozen, after that the phone keep on restarting on its own and the screen stucked on the same place again. Please advice
