I took delivery of a replacement A95L TV today following a fault with the first one.
I have audio from e-arc going into the Sony HT-ZF9 soundbar. I've connected my 4k bluray player and Sky Q box directly to the TV and assumed this would give me audio to the soundbar as well as better picture quality. I have no audio.
Please help.

try removing SkyQ from your setup, disconnect and reconnect everything else and see if anything changes...

So by selecting either of those devices on the soundbar, you see the video on the TV, but you hear no audio?
Is the soundbar turned down to zero? Or is it showing Muting on its little display on the soundbar itself?
How to deal with that is described on the Startup Guide:-
What you have done by moving these inputs is to completely exonerate the replaced TV as the source of the problem, and shown that it lies with the soundbar, which was fine before.
So either the soundbar is misconfigured, hopefully only as above; or it has, entirely coincidentally, just failed in some way 😢

Disconnected everything, reconnected everything. The fault still exists.
I can't access the soundbar settings so I guess a new soundbar is required.
Happy days.
Thank you everyone who contributed to my thread.

But did you disconnect completely skyq without reconnecting it? Skyq is known to create issues...

I'm gonna try the whole thing again, and will use my original configuration.

Disconnected and reconnected everything omitting Sky Q.
The fault remains. I've had the HT-ZF9 since 2018.

Before you give up on the soundbar, try this:-
It looks like it’s not responding to HOME, though, so you will have to try the ‘Power and Volume press and hold for more than five seconds’,
Crossed fingers for you…..

Pressing power and volume on the main unit didn't work, BUT when I pressed the demo button on the main unit, I got audio!

Could it be the HDMI arc input on the soundbar that is faulty?
