Hard reset Xperia Z

I need help with my Xperia Z. I chose a pattern to secure my smartphone, but unfortunately I forgot it.

Now the problem: I know my google-Account, but it doesn´t work, although WLAN is on, but mobile data

is out, so maybe because of the mobile data.

I can´t switch it on. So this is the second problem.

The next one is that I can´t reset the device to factory setting by using the software,

because I don´t know the pattern and I can´t get into the menu.

But I also didn´t find an option to do it with hard buttons.

Is there a opportunity to do it ( hard reset )?? ( Power button and volume button...)

(I tried it, but it didn´t work)

Is there an option to solve my problem?

1. Switch on Mobile Data?

2. if 1. doesn´t work:  2.  Reset the Xperia Z to factory settings?

( and secure my data, maybe?)

3.  Reset the Xperia Z to factory settings, without secure my data?

( I tried it with adb, but it didn´t run, because I can´t get onto my phones data!!!!)

( 2. I´m not good with Android

You can repair phone software with sony update service,do you have something backed up?

Is there a option to save my contacts before running the factorial reset??

Yes,you can backup with pc companion.Or you can try myphone explorer,save your contacts and messages.

The problem is that PC Companion can´t find my phone when it is linked via USB, because

the screen is locked. Is there a option to do it with locked screen?

Why cannot you unlock it?You can't backup if you cannot access the phone.

I can´t get into the menu. If I linked it via USB it doesn´t appear on my PC, or on PC Companion.

PC C. said that there is no phone linked with the PC. And when I want to transfer contacts, it said that there

is also no phone linked with PC Companion.

I only see the screen with the nine circles!

I do not understand the problem.Try to save contacts and messages with myphone explorer.

It doesn´t matter. I reset it without saving my new contact.
